Heartland Region Pheasants Forever Banquet will be held in October at the Beadle County Sportsman's Club. This chapter encourages all hunters to come with your best stories, encouraging tips, and donations ready! Pheasants Forever continues to be the leading conservation organization primarily because every dollar raised stays local; thus, every dollar raised at the Huron banquet will stay and be spent in the Huron area.

National Pheasant Fest
The National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic combines a national consumer show, wildlife habitat seminar series, and family event complete with puppies, tractors, shotguns, and wildlife art. As the nation's largest gathering of upland wildlife conservationists, new attractions including the Public Lands Pavilion and Pavilion to the Uplands Stage, along with the organization's inaugural Upland Film Festival provided modern and creative ways for engaging hunter conservationists. Pheasant Fest draws record-breaking crowds from all over America who attend seminars and gather information from vendors promoting their expertise in hunting.
