James Valley Housing, a developer of low to moderate income homes and a packager for USDA Rural Development Direct loans, believes that every person should have an equal opportunity to live in a good quality home and that education is the key to this process. James Valley Housing provides pre-homeownership education to individuals and families looking to start the homeownership process.  They help families address the many barriers that prevent them from owning their own home, while providing support before, during and after the home buying process.  Such services create long-term, successful homeowners; as a result, families build wealth, revitalize neighborhoods and build strong communities.
