NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Huron, South Dakota, will on the 19th  day of  April 2022 , at the hour of 2:00 PM. Central Time, at the Huron Municipal Building City Commission Meeting Room, 239 Wisconsin Avenue S.W., Huron, South Dakota, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following:

Bid No. 2022-15Q Furnish and supply BITUMINOUS ROAD OIL from June 15, 2022 to September 15, 2022, as specified. The estimated quantities are as follows: MC-3000...169 Ton (more or less)

Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the City of Huron’s Web site at: https://www.huronsd.com/bids

Bid bond waived in this instance; however, bidder(s) failing to enter into a contract with the City of Huron, upon notification of award, may be subject to removal from the bidder’s list and from consideration for future bids.

The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. Dated this 28th   day of  March, 2022 at Huron, South Dakota.
