Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 5, 2011.
Entry Set-Up: Thursday October 6, 2011 between 9 am and 7 pm
Restrictions:
- One entry per group
- No political statements allowed
- Youth entries must be completed by youth. Parents may assist in placing scarecrow in patch.
- All entries must conform to Club standards. Club reserves the right to deny entry privileges considered to be offensive.
- Clubs shall not be responsible for any injury or damage associated with Festival.
