The Beaujolais Nouveau Wine is the center of attention at the Huron Event Center on the third Saturday of each November. Nearly 65 million bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau from France are distributed and drunk around the world and it has become an international race to be the first to serve this new wine of the harvest. The arrival of the wine signals the start of the festive celebration followed by a six course dinner that is nothing short of amazing.
