Groundbreaking & Re-Dedication
The Central Park Groundbreaking Ceremony & Re-Dedication of the Campus Center Building will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:00 am. Tours of the Campus Center will be conducted from 10:30am - 12:00pm The Campus Center is located at 333 9th Street SW (former Huron University Location). Winners of the "Name the Water Park" Contest will be announced!
Redevelopment
Redevelopment of the former Huron University campus site has begun. Time capsules from Voorhees Hall, Ella McIntire Library, Churchill Hall and Kerr Hall have been recovered during the demolition and will be opened at a public event sometime in the future.
Whether you use the water park, picnic shelters, playground equipment, take classes at Huron Community Campus, use the Community Rooms, have family participating in the youth programming, or just take a walk on the walking trails --- you and your family will be sure to see the benefit of your investment.
