In today's world of needing to do more with less, the application of resources becomes critically important to the overall project. Greater Huron Development Corporation is in a unique position to offer a broad base of experience to assist companies in their efforts of expansion and growth. GHDC draws upon the vast knowledge of its membership and strategic partners in the areas of public and private sector finance, business, community development, and government in an effort to facilitate growth for its host county and surrounding communities.

Working in partnership with lending institutions, GHDC offers two revolving loan fund programs, the Community Development Fund and the Intermediary Relending Program. These loan funds are low-interest loan programs, which base their funding levels on the number of jobs created, to qualified applicants. These funds have a combined value in excess of $3 million and have been very instrumental in many of the recruitment and expansion projects in Beadle County.
