Putters & Scoops
Putters is a newly created 18 hole adventure golf course (9 of which are ADA). Running through this course is a beautiful stream that is being fed from a waterfall. Scoops is located in the renovated 1928 bathhouse, Scoops serves some of the best ice cream in the region, direct from the South Dakota State University dairy. Along with your ice cream you can order a slice of homemade pie made daily on site. The concession area has also been expanded in 2009 to offer 1919 Draft Root beer on tap, brats, ball park 100% beef hot dogs and hot fresh popcorn that you can flavor with a choice of 10 different seasonings. Ravine Lake is the perfect place for an outdoor outing as we also offer a swimming beach, paddleboats, kayaks and inner tubes. Enjoy the walking trail around Ravine Lake as well as the flowerbeds on Isaac Walton island. Hours noon - 9 pm, 7 days a week, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Huron County Club
Located north of town on HWY 37, this course offers a scenic and challenging nine-hole course. The club awaits golfers of all skill levels. The public is welcome. The club is located at 22nd Street N.W. Call (605) 352-3354.
Broadland Creek National Golf Course
This course offers a 18 hole executive course par 72 challenge. The course is located on the North edge of town just off of HWY 37. Enjoy the unique golfing experience at Broadland Creek National, Huron's finest and one of South Dakota's Best Public Golf Courses. Call (605) 353-8525.
Memorial Park Golf Course
Located next to Memorial Park and Memorial Park Campground, this is an excellent course to get a quick game. The course is a nine-hole, par 3 executive course along the James River. Call (605) 353-8527.
